Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily warehouse operations.

• Monitor inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory activities to meet customer requirements and service levels.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates of inventory records and Warehouse Management System (WMS) data.

• Coordinate and support cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Prepare and review operational reports, customer billing records, and documentation in a timely manner.

• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

• Implement and support continuous process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality standards, and company operating procedures.

• Support business planning activities, including cost analysis, resource allocation, and operational requirements.

• Monitor warehouse performance and ensure compliance with ISO standards and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec and above

• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment

• Must possess valid Singapore Forklift License
