Clinical Operation – Inpatient Ops

Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Social Work / Psychology / any other related courses or experiences

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform social and financial assessment of Inpatient referrals including financial counselling to patients and their families.
- Provide the necessary recommendations in the assessments.
- Assist with bed allocation and bed management, when necessary
- Participate in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to streamline department operations, to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned
