Account & Sales Associate

We are looking for a driven and client-focused individual to join our Enterprise Business team.

In this role, you will engage prospective clients, build relationships, and drive sales across our ICT products and services portfolio.

This is an entry-level position — prior sales experience is not compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to and engage prospective accounts from a curated client list

• Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our portfolio

• Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders to drive sales closure

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior sales experience are welcome

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma holders, and above are welcome to apply

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone, email, and in person

• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn

• Able to take ownership of tasks and follow through on commitments

• Passionate about building a successful career in Sales and Account Management
