La Riqueza Global Holdings Limited is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Operations & Website Administrator to join our growing team in

Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing e-commerce websites,

working with WooCommerce backend systems, and supporting online business

operations. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you will work

closely with international teams, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's WooCommerce website backend

• Upload and update products, pricing, descriptions, and website content

• Make website changes and coordinate with developers when necessary

• Monitor website performance and ensure smooth daily operations

• Handle order processing and coordinate inventory updates

• Support operational and administrative tasks using company systems and software

• Support B2C e-commerce activities and improve customer experience

• Work closely with management on website improvements and online sales

• operations

• Ensure data accuracy across systems and platforms

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2C e-commerce operations

• Strong knowledge of WooCommerce backend management

• Good understanding of website administration and online store operations

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other e-commerce platforms is an

• advantage

• No prior Kingdee experience is required. Training will be provided for the

• successful candidate.
