Call Centre Officer in Bank (monthly allowance, AM rotating shifts) - #1161003

Working hours: 5 working days per week - 4 weekdays 1 weekend (roster basis)

Shift Patterns: Between 8am- 8pm

AM Rotating Shift:

8-5

9-6

10-7

11-8

Basic Salary: Based on Salary Benchmarking (ranging 2600-3800) + Allowances: $400 allowance (effective once the contractor has completed the training and approved by the manager)

Duration: 12 months contract (renewable/convertible to perm based on performance and business direction)

3 months training, training will be office hours first 3 months training can be at either location, however able to choose perm working location after training is done (subjected to avail slot)

We are partnering with one of the well-established Local Banks in Singapore that provides the full range of services in consumer, SME and corporate banking activities across Asia and the Middle East. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their consumer bank.

Job Description:

* Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call center on banking products, accounts and service enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.

* Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention

* Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction

* Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction

* Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions

Requirements:
Good written/verbal communication skills
Call Centre experience and banking experience preferred
