AI Transformation Specialist - #1160935

We are partnering a leading digital payments player in Singapore. As they deepen their investment in AI, we're looking for an AI Transformation Specialist to help embed AI into their operations workflows - identifying opportunities, rolling out use cases, and making sure adoption actually sticks.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI, operations, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities across operations workflows - spanning productivity, quality, cost, and risk

• Design use cases with clear SOPs and playbooks for rollout

• Drive AI tool adoption through demos, training, and onboarding

• Collect user feedback and performance data, track KPIs, and translate findings into improvements; supporting continuous iteration on AI solutions

• Support AI governance activities - maintaining usage guidelines, guardrails, and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in operations, project management, business analysis, or a similar function

• Able to map workflows, spot pain points, and define what success looks like

• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and deriving actionable insights

• Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools (e.g. LLMs, common business use cases)

• HR domain exposure and strong stakeholder management skills are a plus
