Job Summary:
Drive product specification management and coordination to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into manufacturable solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of customer specifications, with focus on parameters beyond existing capabilities
• Ensure all product requirements (e.g., parameters, laser marking, cassettes, labeling, Certificate of Conformance) are clearly defined and documented
• Clarify discrepancies or uncertainties with customers via Application teams prior to acceptance
• Develop and implement test methods, product controls, and inspection plans to meet product requirements
• Prepare and issue official customer specification review documentation
• Chair Product Specification Team (PST) meetings
• Coordinate inputs from Applications and Process Engineering teams to propose solutions aligned with fabrication capabilities
• Create and maintain manufacturing specifications in SAP
• Implement revisions for existing product specifications
• Participate in system and process improvement initiatives (e.g., SAP-PTC, MES workstreams) to enhance execution efficiency
• Provide inputs to PST and management on evolving customer requirements and support solution development
• Collaborate with global Product Configuration teams to meet customer demands and improve processes
• Work with Planning, Technology, and Operations teams on product revision cutovers

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Science disciplines
• Relevant professional experience in similar roles or functions
• Strong understanding of product specification analysis and manufacturing processes
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage technical documentation
• Experience with SAP systems is an added advantage
