Why This Internship Matters

This internship supports COL Group’s Southeast Asia commercial and marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with the international team to support sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and brand-building initiatives, while gaining exposure to how digital entertainment is positioned, marketed, and monetised.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams, and gain firsthand insight into how a regional hub supports global growth.

Who You Are

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field

- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

- Interested in media, entertainment, digital platforms, or pop culture

- Familiar with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva

- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Able to commit to a 6-month internship from June through December 2026.

1. Marketing (50%)

• Support regional marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand activities

• Assist with content coordination, planning, and execution across channels

• Conduct research to support marketing strategy, campaigns, and market insights

• Help prepare presentations and marketing materials for internal and external use

• Support social media content planning, scheduling, and basic content operations

• Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance updates

2. Sales Support (25%)

• Assist with sales coordination and day-to-day support for the sales team

• Conduct research on partners, clients, markets, and new business opportunities

• Support client follow-ups, communication tracking, and CRM/data management

• Help prepare proposal materials, pitch decks, and sales documentation

• Assist in reporting, pipeline tracking, and sales performance updates

• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to support partnership initiatives

3. General Manager Assistant Support (25%)

• Provide direct support to the General Manager in scheduling and calendar management

• Assist with meeting coordination, preparation, and follow-up actions

• Support travel arrangements, expense coordination, and administrative tasks

• Help manage internal communications and ad-hoc management requests

• Provide general executive and personal assistant support as required to ensure smooth daily operations

• Assist with coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders when needed
