As a Partnership Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and drive partnership and fundraising strategies of the Organisation.

• Build and strengthen collaborations with healthcare institutions, community organisations, and key stakeholders.

• Achieve fundraising targets and secure donations/resources for programmes and projects.

• Oversee donor relations, external communications, and stakeholder engagement.

• Develop, implement, and monitor collaborative healthcare and community projects.

• Establish protocols and workflow processes for partnerships, events, and fundraising activities.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support and engage internal stakeholders in partnership and collaborative initiatives.

• Manage data records, reports, and performance statistics.

• Plan team training and professional development initiatives.

• Conduct staff performance appraisals and provide leadership to the team.

• Identify operational gaps and implement improvement measures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.

• Experience in the healthcare or eldercare sector is an advantage.
