Sales Executive (Industrial Solution) - #1160662

We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Executive to join a waste management company. This is a hunter role focused on new business development and expanding the client portfolio.

Location: Penjuru Road
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 + Attractive Commission + Variable Bonus (VB)
Allowance: $500/month Petrol Fleet Card
Other Benefits: Company mobile phone provided

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the waste management sector

• Drive sales through prospecting, cold/warm outreach, and networking

• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions based on client needs

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales / business development experience in relevant industries

• Experience in adjacent / related industries such as:

  • Oil & Gas

  • Environmental Services

  • Facilities Management

  • Construction / Engineering

  • Logistics / Industrial Services

  • Chemical / Hazardous Materials Handling

• Strong hunter mindset with proven track record in closing deals

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented
