As a Assistant Manager (Clinical Service Planning & Integration), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Develop and implement clinical and population health strategies and plans.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagements to strengthen care integration across hospitals, primary, and community care.
Provide secretariat, administrative, stakeholder, and project management support, including preparing minutes, reports, presentations, and follow-ups.
Support strategy development through service mapping, gap analysis, data collection, KPI setting, and service planning.
Assist in project and grant management for population health programmes, including budgeting, reporting, claims processing, and contract coordination with stakeholders, Legal, and Finance.
Support audits, programme reviews, evaluations, and long-term sustainability planning.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration
3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in public healthcare
