As a Assistant Manager (Clinical Service Planning & Integration), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and implement clinical and population health strategies and plans.

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagements to strengthen care integration across hospitals, primary, and community care.

• Provide secretariat, administrative, stakeholder, and project management support, including preparing minutes, reports, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Support strategy development through service mapping, gap analysis, data collection, KPI setting, and service planning.

• Assist in project and grant management for population health programmes, including budgeting, reporting, claims processing, and contract coordination with stakeholders, Legal, and Finance.

• Support audits, programme reviews, evaluations, and long-term sustainability planning.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in public healthcare
