Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations / Logistics - #1160642

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations / Logistics to join an up and coming Energy Logistics organization with global operations headquartered in Singapore. This role will be responsible for leading the Company's capital-raising initiatives and supporting its public listing strategy, including IPO and/or De-SPAC transactions. The role involves developing investor relationships, identifying funding opportunities, coordinating with financial and legal advisors, and providing strategic guidance to management and the Board on capital markets activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private equity firms, venture capital funds, and strategic partners to foster long-term partnerships and secure sustained financial support.

• Support IPO and/or De-SPAC transaction planning, preparation, and execution. Coordinate with investment banks, legal counsel, auditors, and other professional advisors throughout fundraising and listing processes.

• Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, financial narratives, and due diligence materials.

• Creating compelling fundraising campaigns and materials that effectively communicate organizational values, mission, and impact to potential funders.

• Assist in PIPE financing, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other capital market transactions. Support investor relations activities and stakeholder communications before and after listing.

• Managing all aspects of investor relations, including regular communication, reporting on fund utilization, and demonstrating return on social impact.

• Coordinating with internal teams to understand funding requirements for community development projects and translating these into viable fundraising proposals.

• Monitoring fundraising performance metrics and providing regular reporting to senior leadership on progress against targets.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Economics / Business Administration or related fields. Post-graduated qualifications (MBA, CFA, CPA) will be advantageous.

• Proven track record of at least 10 years in a fundraising role within the Logistics / Energy industries with prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, fundraising, or related fields.

• Experience in Public Company Readiness, IPO Execution and/or De-SPAC transactions will be highly advantageous.

• Proven track record and success in fundraising, capital raising, IPO, SPAC/De-SPAC transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic financing activities.

• Experienced in investor relations and stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships. Possess in-depth network of institutional investors, family offices, private equity firms, venture capital funds, investment banks, and financial institutions.

• Excellent knowledge of fundraising best practices, compliance requirements, and relevant regulations. Deep understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and fundraising structures.

• Experience coordinating with legal counsel, auditors, investment banks, and regulatory authorities during capital market transactions.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate compelling cases for support to diverse audiences.
