Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for CCTV, intercom, IP phone, and security systems.

• Troubleshoot and rectify faults related to camera signal loss, power supply issues, and communication failures.

• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of network-based surveillance systems, including switches, cabling, and connectivity.

• Install, replace, and service hardware such as IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, intercom panels, and network devices.

• Attend on-site service calls to inspect, test, and diagnose reported technical issues.

• Support maintenance activities involving server room infrastructure, including racks, patch panels, UPS systems, and network equipment.

• Verify completed work with customers and ensure systems are functioning according to operational requirements.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation for completed works.

Requirements

• Class 3 preferred. Without is welcome to apply too

• At least 1 year experience in Surveillance and Control Systems

• Able to perform 24/7 standby
