Mechanical Design Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment) - #1160618

• Define requirements, features, and develop concepts and architecture for new semiconductor equipment.

• Design mechanical systems involving motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.

• Produce detailed engineering drawings and documentation.

• Perform design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations, while also improving the design of legacy machines and equipment.

• Apply analysis tools such as Fishbone Diagram and FMEA in the design process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

• More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment design.

• Expertise in automation or semiconductor equipment design, high precision machine design, and high-speed pick and place mechanisms.

• Proficient in 3D CAD software and mechanical drawings.

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
