About the role
Assist the Project Manager in site operations by leading teams, managing tender documentation, and ensuring compliance with authority requirements to deliver successful construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating and managing daily site activities to ensure project progress and quality
- Lead and supervise a team of staff to achieve project milestones and maintain site safety and efficiency
- Prepare and assist in the development of tender documentation to support project bidding processes
- Apply knowledge of authority submission procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Manage work responsibilities independently with commitment and accountability to assigned tasks
- Maintain performance under pressure to meet project deadlines and resolve site challenges effectively
About you
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project roles
- Experience working on upgrading projects is advantageous
