Retail Supervisor ( Retail Shop)
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating the staff in achieving maximum results for the Key Performance measurement.
- Monitor the inventory level, replenishment of stock and return cycle is carried out accordingly.
- Improve upon existing work procedures and operations, ensure that the correct paper works handling are
adhered to.
- Take charge and provide necessary supervision during stock take and random count exercise.
- Manage and involve in opening and closing of the store and banking of the daily sales.
- Manage the store’s manpower.
- Involve in budget planning
- Perform any other work duties as and when assigned by superior.


Assistant Retail Supervisor (Retail Shop)
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement and support
- Optimize sales opportunities
- Monitoring and replenishment of stocks/inventory
- Analyze the sales performance within the department
- Handle the administrative functions of the department
- Perform any other work duties as and when assigned by superior

Retail Assistant cum Cashier (Retail Shop)
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquires and recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions, process payments and handle returns/exchanges.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and organizing new stock.
- Set up and participate in store events or creative workshops for children.
- Maintain a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
- Provide support with any administrative tasks.
- Assist with online orders and packaging.

Terms and Requirements:
- Prior work experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills for operating the POS system
- Able to work in retail operation timing including weekends, Public Holidays
- Enthusiastic about working with children, stationary and creative products
