Job Description

  • Update customers on shipment status and delivery arrangements

  • Respond to customer enquiries related to shipment movement and logistics coordination

  • Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately

  • Enter shipment details into freight management systems

  • Coordinate with vendors, shipping lines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment delivery

  • Support quotation preparation and general freight logistics operations

  • Assist the team with administrative and operational support duties

Job Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Detail-oriented with good administrative skill
