Operations & Education Intern - #1160424

Ginger Spark Education is a fast-growing student care and enrichment centre with a strong focus on operations excellence, child development and team culture.

We are looking for a hands-on, observant and reliable intern to support the daily operations of our centres, while also assisting in teaching activities.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to how an education centre runs, beyond just classroom teaching.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Centre Support

-Support daily centre operations (opening/closing routines, transitions, meals, flow of the day)

-Observe how the centre runs and flag improvement ideas (organisation, rhythm, staffing, space usage)

-Support teacher allocation and substitutions when needed

-Assist with onboarding of new students (basic admin, communication support)

-Prepare newsletters, simple communications and centre updates

-Support basic admin and coordination tasks with the principal/founder

Education Support

-Assist teachers during classes and activities

-Conduct simple English lessons and French games and enrichment activities

-Step in as classroom support when teachers are absent

Profile We’re Looking For

-Proactive, responsible and comfortable being on the ground

-Interested in education operations, not only teaching

-Observant and able to give constructive feedback

-Comfortable with children and teamwork

-Organised and reliable in daily execution

-French-speaking is a strong plus

-English required (spoken and written)
