Responsibilities:

• Define program requirements, objectives and timelines in alignment with customer schedule

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and proposals

• Monitor program progress and adjust plans to ensure no delay in qualification timeline

• Lead data analysis for customer and internal team purposes

• Close collaboration with R&D team on analysis results and findings
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent field

• 1-3 years of experience in program management within engineering or technology environment would be preferred
