Job Brief:
The role will support the end-to-end procurement process – from sourcing and issuing purchase orders to managing vendor contracts, resolving payment issues, and preparing procurement reports. In addition, the role will provide support in inventory and warehouse management, ensuring proper stock control, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners. Responsibilities:
Create Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs) in line with approved purchases and budgets.
Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding vendors for ICT/telco-related products and services.
Liaise with Finance to resolve supplier payment issues, including invoice discrepancies and credit notes.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain an updated vendor database.
Support the preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP).
Prepare procurement and inventory related reports.
Monitor stock levels and perform periodic inventory counts, reconciliations, and reporting.
Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Role Requirements:
Possess Diploma in Supply Chain or business or any other equivalent discipline with 2-3 years’ experience in Procurement.
Preferably education to a degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related discipline.
Fresh Graduate or 1–3 years of procurement/supply chain experience (preferably in ICT/telco industry).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
