About the Role

Kick-start or advance your career in the aerospace industry with a leading aerospace maintenance environment. Gain hands-on exposure to aircraft component maintenance, repair, and testing while working alongside experienced professionals. Comprehensive training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Salary: $2,600 – $3,200 (Commensurate base on experience)
Location: West Area
Work Week: 5 Days (Saturday work when required)
3 Months Structured Training Provided

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities on aerospace components in accordance with approved technical manuals and standards

• Carry out component modifications and servicing tasks to ensure compliance with required specifications and safety standards

• Conduct inspections and basic upkeep of tools, test equipment, and workstations to maintain operational readiness

• Execute pneumatic and hydraulic testing to verify functionality and airworthiness of repaired components

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and company guidelines

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Support general workshop activities and assist with other technical tasks as assigned by supervisors

What are we looking for?

• Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Aerospace, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Prior experience in aerospace MRO or engine-related environments will be advantageous

• Familiarity with maintenance and repair processes, with exposure to MRO environments preferred

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical manuals and procedures accurately

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop technical competencies

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based workshop environment

• Comfortable working in a hands-on technical role with adherence to safety and quality standards
