About the Role

Salary: $2,600 – $3,200 (Commensurate base on experience)
Location: West Area
Work Week: 5 Days (Saturday work when required)
3 Months Structured Training Provided
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities on aerospace components in accordance with approved technical manuals and standards
Carry out component modifications and servicing tasks to ensure compliance with required specifications and safety standards
Conduct inspections and basic upkeep of tools, test equipment, and workstations to maintain operational readiness
Execute pneumatic and hydraulic testing to verify functionality and airworthiness of repaired components
Maintain proper documentation and ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and company guidelines
Ensure adherence to workplace safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Support general workshop activities and assist with other technical tasks as assigned by supervisors
What are we looking for?
Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Aerospace, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Prior experience in aerospace MRO or engine-related environments will be advantageous
Familiarity with maintenance and repair processes, with exposure to MRO environments preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical manuals and procedures accurately
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop technical competencies
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based workshop environment
Comfortable working in a hands-on technical role with adherence to safety and quality standards
