Production Assembly Technician | Up to $3,000 | Training Provided | MNC - RRSY - #1160235

Salary: Up to $3,000 per month + Transport Allowance

Location: Tuas

Working Hours: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Day & Night Shift Rotation on a Weekly Basis)

Contract Duration: 3 to 6 Months (Renewable / Potential for Permanent Conversion)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

• Diagnose and resolve equipment and process-related issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Investigate equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Assist with machine setup, product changeovers, equipment conditioning, and production start-up activities.

• Perform machine validation and quality inspections following model or product changes.

• Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

• Uphold workplace cleanliness and maintain 5S standards within the production area.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and ISO compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Technical Certificate, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing operations, or troubleshooting is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and documentation.

• Able to work rotating shifts when required.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
