Sales Executive (Project Planning & Coordination) - #1160147

Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

• East - Bedok

• Basic UP $4200 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supply chain and project planning activities to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.

• Liaise with customers, overseas factories (Thailand, Germany, Japan), and internal teams to manage demand fluctuations and operational requirements.

• Monitor project progress, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.

• Prepare quotations, reports, forecasts, and data analysis using Excel.

• Conduct simulations and exposure analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

• Identify and resolve potential supply chain, delivery, or quality issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.

• No experience is required, training will be provided
