Salary: Up to $3,500/month + Shift Allowances
Working Hours: 9AM - 9PM (12-hour shifts, 4 days/week, rostered)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support semiconductor manufacturing equipment for wafer processing, inspection, and metrology
• Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting and recovery
• Execute process workflows and coordinate tool usage with internal stakeholders
• Collect, record, and analyse process and production data
• Perform wafer handling and transportation within cleanroom environments
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance, including chemical top-ups
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and cleanroom protocols

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, or cleanroom operations
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
• Familiar with wafer handling, logistics, and cleanroom safety practices
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts
