Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Attend to and manage incoming hotline calls.
Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and internal training events.
Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
Perform scheduling, data entry, and general administrative duties.
Handle packing and preparation of shipping goods.
Process and prepare LC documentation for bank submissions.
Submit monthly forecast sales order reports to the Accounts team.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
1–2 years of relevant administrative or marketing support experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Accounting Software is an advantage.
