IT Support Technician [EAST]| Up to $4K | Fixed Shift | AWS + Bonus - #1159982

Basic Salary: $2,000 – $3,500 (based on experience)

Additional Benefits:

• Day/Night Shift Allowance: $168/$336

• Fixed Allowance: $535

• Choice of shift available

• $1,800 Retention Bonus

• AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Location: Tampines

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for daily server assembly operations

• Troubleshoot issues such as power failure, display issues, auto-restart, and fan/PSU faults

• Replace and test components including CPU, DIMM, PSU, backplanes, and riser cards

• Work with internal teams to improve production efficiency and workflow

• Perform maintenance for L10 Servers and L12 Racks

• Prepare and follow SOPs for assembly and testing processes

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of C++, Linux, or Python

• Basic PC/server hardware knowledge

• Able to understand test scripts and follow troubleshooting steps

• Experience in technical or engineering roles is a plus
