Demand and Supply Planner (MNC - East) - #1159871

Responsibilities:

• Drive demand forecasting accuracy through close collaboration with sales teams, market analysis, and forecasting reviews

• Lead monthly demand planning and S&OP processes to align business needs, forecast updates, and operational planning.

• Manage raw materials, direct materials, and merchandise planning to ensure production continuity and on-time delivery.

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, including management of slow-moving, expiring, and obsolete stock through mitigation and write-off actions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, production, sales, and factories to resolve supply issues and support fulfilment requirements.

• Own material master data accuracy, SAP planning processes, and system-related planning support to maintain operational efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across demand and supply planning processes, inventory management, and business rules optimization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in planning

• Manufacturing experience

• Location - East
