Responsibilities:
Assist to process the application of site entry passes for all workers and staff
Implement workflows and collate issue and receive documents in accordance with project requirements for the development, review and approval of design documentation and all other procedures, instructions, product certification and records that are subject to review and approval
Implement Project Document Management System and processes in accordance with company policies
Ensure document submissions are in accordance and in compliance with project document formats and requirements
Record issues and track location of control documents and drawings
Ensure that current versions of all documents subject to revision are maintained and that the most up-to-date versions are distributed to the required project parties
Coordinate the storage and archiving of project and company records
Issue letters and receipts related to the documents in circulation
Handle all administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience in a document control position in construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Acrobat
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a site-based position
