The Opportunity
Weare seeking a hands-on, commercially driven CFO to partner closely with the CEO and Board in shaping the Group’s next stage of development.
This role offers a unique opportunity to:
Build and scale a best-in-class finance function
Drive strong commercial discipline across operations
Play a leading role in capital markets, M&A, and investor engagement
You will operate across both strategic and operational levels, acting as a key enabler of performance, governance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Operational Finance & Business Partnering
Lead the development of a scalable finance function to support business growth
Establish robust costing frameworks and unit economics to enhance pricing and margin management
Partner closely with commercial and engineering teams to ensure disciplined contract evaluation and profitability
Implement performance tracking and variance analysis across projects and operations
Strengthen inventory, procurement, and working capital management practices
2.Capital Markets, Strategy & Growth
Lead execution of M&A, divestments, and corporate restructuring initiatives
Drive capital strategy and fundraising activities, including engagement with banks and investors
Oversee SGX compliance and financial reporting standards
Manage investor relations, communication strategies, and market engagement
3.Governance, Risk & Controls
Strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks across the Group
Partner with business units to enhance operational processes and risk management practices
Oversee statutory reporting, audit processes, and tax compliance
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy/Finance and professional qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent)
At least 8–10 years of senior finance experience, including listed company exposure
Prior experience as CFO /Financial Controller or equivalent leadership role
Preferred Background
Energy, utilities, engineering, logistics, or project-based industries
Strong exposure to operational finance and commercial decision-making
Track record in M&A, fundraising, and corporate transactions
Experience implementing ERP or financial systems (SAP, Dynamics, etc.)
