General Description:

• Develop customized architectural color schemes and design proposals for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.

• Create, design, and update company brochures, product booklets, catalogues, annual calendars, event materials, and other print/digital marketing collateral.

• Produce and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including visuals, captions, stories, reels, and monthly content calendars.

• Build presentation decks for internal meetings, external clients, overseas offices, and HQ Japan.

• Coordinate and execute color proposals with sales teams, assisting with site visits, color accuracy reviews, and client-facing presentations.

• Support marketing campaigns by designing ad creatives, landing page visuals, and promotional assets.

• Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including Appreciation Night, Learning Journeys, and product launches.

• Provide creative direction to ensure brand consistency across all overseas office materials.

• Handle video editing for internal events, product highlights, and corporate communications.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Architecture, or related fields.

• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other creative tools.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent creative projects with strict deadlines.

• Basic understanding of website structure, digital marketing, and social media analytics.

• Willingness to support Sales & Marketing with ad-hoc design, color consultation, printing coordination, and inventory of marketing materials.
