A leading institution in art, design, and media education is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Postgraduate Programme Coordinator to join its Postgraduate Office. The role supports admissions, marketing, and student engagement activities within a dynamic academic environment.
Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable up to an additional 6 months depending on task requirements)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.45pm (inclusive of 45-minute lunch break)
Friday: 8.30am – 5.15pm (inclusive of 45-minute lunch break)
Salary Range: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,200 per month
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Academic Operations
Coordinate with prospective students and verify admission documents
Schedule and prepare materials for admission interviews
Compile admission statistics and prepare internal reports
Process examination results and documentation for Board of Examiners (BOE)
Organize BOE meetings, including scheduling, materials, and minutes
Maintain accurate academic records in the system
Programme Marketing & Outreach
Develop and update marketing materials for online and print platforms
Coordinate student recruitment events (fairs, webinars, campus visits)
Track and report campaign performance analytics
Support alumni engagement and database management
Event Management
Plan and execute student events such as career fairs and networking sessions
Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, and vendor coordination
Oversee event registration and post-event evaluations
General Administration
Provide administrative support to the Postgraduate Office and assist with other school operations as required
Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related fields
At least 1–2 years of experience in academic administration, event coordination, or marketing support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred
Experience in higher education or postgraduate programme administration
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of student information systems or CRM platforms
Understanding of Singapore’s higher education environment
