As a Programme Executive - Community, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and daily operations of community programmes.
Manage programme timelines, resources, and manpower scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct outreach activities and assist in programme facilitation and on-site execution.
Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare or community partners to deliver initiatives.
Ensure programme quality, compliance, and proper documentation of activities and outcomes.
Prepare programme materials, communications, and regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Guide and support volunteers in carrying out programme activities effectively.
Track client participation and feedback to support programme review and improvement.
Provide cross-functional support and perform ad-hoc duties as required by the department.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare environment.
