Job Scope:

• Design, build, and integrate PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems according to project needs and SCHOTT OT architecture standards.

• Upgrade and retrofit existing PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, mainly using Siemens platforms.

• Connect smart sensors, machine PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to company standard software for production and machine performance monitoring (e.g. OEE, machine status).

• Work closely with the OT team in Germany to implement, support, and continuously improve SCHOTT OT standard software (training provided).

• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure stable systems, accurate data, and complete documentation.

• Coordinate with production teams, global sites, suppliers, and headquarters to deploy OT projects and standards.

• Prepare and maintain technical documents such as system architecture, tag lists, I/O lists, test plans, and as-built drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Hands-on experience in industrial automation, including PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.

• Proficient in Siemens S7 PLC programming using TIA Portal and WinCC (Ladder / Function Block).

• Able to read, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs and electrical schematics.

• Experience in commissioning, FAT/SAT, and on-site troubleshooting support.
