Job Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development activities, including identifying and securing new leads and projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, shipyards, consultants, and OEM partners
Prepare and manage technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender submissions
Coordinate projects by liaising with internal engineering, logistics, and service teams
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to support sales strategy
Job Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in marine, offshore, or engineering-related industries
Strong ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into commercial value
Proven experience in proposal preparation, negotiation, and sales pipeline management
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marine, Mechanical, or a related discipline preferred
Comfortable with client engagement, presentations, and business travel when required
