BIM Modeler

Job Scope:

• Develop and maintain BIM models according to project requirements and standards.

• Prepare 2D drawings and construction documents extracted from BIM models.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure model accuracy.

• Assist in clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.

• Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and revisions.

• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Support project documentation, submissions, and record drawings.

• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support when required.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g. Revit)

• Experience in construction / M&E / Fire Protection / ACMV projects is an advantage

Structural Steel Detailer

Job Scope:

• Prepare 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Revits

• Produce structural and shop drawings for fabrication and construction

• Review drawings to ensure they meet design and project requirements

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and production teams

• Prepare drawings for submission and approval

• Maintain proper drawing records and document control

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 2–3 years’ experience in structural steel detailing

• Must be proficient in Tekla Structures

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Advance Steel, or SketchUp is an advantage

• Basic understanding of structural steelworks
