Admin/Purchasing Assistant - #1133689

About the role

This is a full-time role based in the Woodlands North Region as an Admin/Purchasing Assistant at Gold Wind Engineering (S) Pte Ltd. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and assisting with purchasing duties to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels

2. Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

3. Update and maintain the company's financial records and accounts payable

4. Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, organising meetings and handling correspondence

5. Assist with data entry, filing and other clerical duties as required

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or purchasing role, ideally in the engineering or construction industry

2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field would be an advantage
