Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline

  • Experience in semiconductor industry preferred

  • Training will be provided 


Responsibilities:

  • Semiconductor machines startup and installation

  • Perform equipment on-site installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing

  • Perform equipment continuous improvement programmes, preventive maintenance, modifications and repairing works

  • Serves as company contact point with customer on technical matters

  • Attends to customers complaints and provides timely solutions

  • Other ad hoc duties
