Project Coordinator - #1133372

Job Description

·         Ensure successful delivery of assigned projects.

·         Collaborate with the Site Management Team to coordinate site work and complete projects on time.

·         Assist Site Team to liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure work quality and adherence to schedules.

·         Manage projects to achieve smooth implementation and completion.

·         Provide support to customers and the site project team in selecting equipment.

·         Participate in technical discussions, progress meetings with clients, M&E consultants, and sub-contractors.

·         Perform other duties as assigned.

·         Track warehouse in-out movement for stocks inventory and update listing

·         Coordinate delivery and movement of materials, tools, and equipment.

 Requirements:

·         Skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel

·         Able to do overnight.

·         Motivated, responsible, positive attitude, and capable of working under pressure.

·         Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

·         Advantageous: Experience or proficiency in drafting (AutoCAD or similar tools).
