About Our Client

Our client is a design and build consultancy firm based in Singapore. We create bespoke experiences through our work, catering to residential and commercial needs. As of June 2021, Sevens Build has been certified by the BCA

Other Information:

• Working Day: 5 Days

• Working Hour: 9am-630pm

• Working Location: 31 Joo Chiat Pl, Singapore 427755(Paya Lebar)

• Salary Range: $4,000-$5,500
  

What you'll be doing?

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with clients, consultants, and project managers to deliver high-quality designs.

• Design development: Create presentations, 3D renderings, and initial floor plans to showcase design concepts.

• Detail design: Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and tender documents for project execution.

• Construction phase: Review materials, prepare shop drawings, and conduct site inspections to ensure quality.

• Liaison: Communicate with engineers, builders, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Compliance: Ensure all designs meet Singapore's BCA regulations and other statutory requirements.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.

• Experience: At least 5 years in residential, A&A, or landed development projects.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max.

• Local knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations and authority submissions.

• Attention to detail: Strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
