FP&A Analyst / Senior FP&A Analyst - #1133618

We are seeking proactive Junior and Senior FP&A professionals. The roles involve financial planning, analysis, and reporting to help drive business decisions. Korean language proficiency is required for communication with Korean speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to guide business decisions.
• Prepare management reports and assist with performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand financial impacts of projects.
• Ensure financial processes and data are accurate and up to date.
• Communicate effectively with Korean speaking stakeholders.
• Senior specific: Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Junior specific: Assist with reporting, data consolidation, and financial analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Senior: 8+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Junior: 3-5 years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial tools, Power BI, Tableau
• Fluent in Korean and English (read, speak, and write) to communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to work independently
