Profile:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The Retail Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the retail store while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices.

Job Description: 

·       Responsible for day-to-day retail operations.

·       Deliver high quality and standards of service to customers.

·       Proactively engaged and attend to walk-in customers. 

·       Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

·       Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

·       Provide after-sales support, including assistance with repair-related matters

·       Perform cashiering duties.

·       Receive, process and organize incoming goods/deliveries.

·       Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.

·       Support the team with ad-hoc duties as and when required. 

Requirements:

·       No experience required, training will be provided.

·       Customer service orientated and willing to go the extra mile.

·       Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude.

·       Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.

·       Passion for mobile and electronic devices will be highly advantageous.

·       Good interpersonal & communication skills.

·       5.5 days work week.
