Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Support the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of redevelopment projects

Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and permit to work during construction stage

Develop project governance policies and processes to deliver redevelopment projects at

Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms

Stakeholder Management

Develop communication plans for timely engagement and involvement of stakeholders

Effectively communicate updates, milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders

Collaborate with leadership to align innovation initiatives with overall organizational goals and strategies

Engage stakeholders to carry out feasibility studies for renovation projects

Key Requirements

Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent

At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in public sector or healthcare infrastructure projects

High level of technical competency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project

Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and SketchUp will be added bonus

Team player and able to collaborate with stakeholders of various functions

Ability to multi-task.
