Beauty & Skincare Sales Ambassador | Permanent

Salary: Up to $3,000/month + bonus
Location: Central Region

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets by attracting new customers and retaining loyal ones

• Provide personalized skincare consultations and expert product recommendations

• Introduce and educate customers on new products and their benefits

• Maintain accurate customer profiles and handle enquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

• Build customer loyalty through follow-ups and ongoing engagement

• Upkeep store, hygiene, and displays meet brand standards

• Support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches

• Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and uphold SOP and grooming standards

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level

• 2–3 years of retail sales experience; beauty or skincare experience is a plus

• Genuine passion for beauty products and skincare solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
