Responsibilities:

• Perform technical maintenance and troubleshooting for the Video Management System (VMS), specifically Milestone XProtect, to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Maintain critical systems to meet operational performance and service uptime targets.
• Respond promptly to onsite operational incidents, ensuring resolution within established SLAs.
• Perform all duties safely and in an orderly manner, following approved procedures and company policies. Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Identify, report, and address work discrepancies, defects, and inconsistencies.
• Generate and submit daily maintenance reports.
• Perform basic system and network troubleshooting, including Windows server and VMS systems.
• Undertake other tasks and duties as directed by supervisory personnel or management.

Requirements:

• Nitec graduates in Information Technology (IT) or related qualifications
• Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
• Experience with Microsoft Office productivity software.
• Basic knowledge of Windows servers and Milestone VMS system troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of local area networking, switch configuration, and VLANs.
