About the Role

Join our Finance team and gain real, hands-on experience across the full spectrum of accounting functions within a dynamic, fast-paced F&B organisation supporting two iconic brands. This internship is perfect for Finance or Accounting students who enjoy numbers, structure, and process — and want to see how end-to-end finance operations run in real life.

You will work closely with our Finance team and internal stakeholders to support a wide range of accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial documentation. Expect to learn, contribute, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

1) Accounts Payable Operations

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording vendor invoices and staff claims.

• Review and check the accuracy of invoice details, tax components, coding, and supporting documents.

• Assist in resolving daily AP-related queries with internal teams and external vendors.

• Prepare, process, and support weekly and monthly payment runs.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing to ensure audit readiness.

2) GL, Finance Support & Project

• Assist with month-end closing activities and gain exposure to general ledger processes.

• Support reconciliation tasks such as vendor statements, staff claims, and other balance sheet items.

• Participate in finance system enhancements or digitalisation initiatives to improve process efficiency.

• Perform general administrative and finance duties as needed to support smooth department operations.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel skills will be very useful).

• Working knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., ERP platforms) will be an advantage.

• Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• A good team player who can prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, proactive, and responsible.
