Roles & Responsibilities

We are expanding our Project Team searching for dynamic individuals who are keen in managing and delivering enterprise-level systems. The applying candidates should be able to demonstrate creativity in deriving solutions for different project/scenarios as well as being proficient in the software development life cycle. The Challenge:

• Work with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for tasks.     

• Identify and assign the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.

• Monitoring project progress and timeline and be able to navigate around unforeseen delays or setbacks.

• Track project progress against project plans and adjust where necessary.

• Ensures all project documentation are completed, updated, and archived appropriately.

• Serve as the main point of contact, keeping stakeholders, clients, and team managers informed.

• Prepare and present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions.

• Develop test scripts for both System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, translate and prioritize requirements.

• Document and log incidents then create trends to monitor the progress and health of a project/system.

• Conduct impact assessment on Change Requests to understand the purpose of the change, assess if it is aligned with the direction/aim of the System, then advise accordingly.

• Work with respective teams to create the Scope of Works and quote accordingly.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines.

• 1 years' Project Management experience in IT web application-based projects.

• 1 years' experience in Enterprise Content Management (CMS) systems like Sitefinity, SharePoint, or Sitecore.

• Hands on experience performing content inventory and content stock take activities.

• Some exposure to full project development life cycle using Agile methodology.

• Strong analytical, conceptualization and interpersonal ability.

• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key stakeholders.

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

• Proficient in the use of MS Office for Project Management (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, MS Project)

• More experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions.

Certification in the following areas will be advantageous:

• Agile related certifications like Certified SCRUM Master.

• Enterprise CMS certifications like SharePoint Administrator, Sitefinity Administrator.

Experience in the following will be advantageous:

• Developing frontend solutions using languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript.

• Developing ASP.NET Core solutions.

• Planning and execution of content and data migration.

Due to the nature of this job role, the incumbent is required to be onsite during fixed hours.
