Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Loading Master on a Floating Storage Unit (FSU), where you will oversee efficient cargo transfer operations while upholding the highest safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless communication and compliance during every stage of the process.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform cargo transfer operations in alignment with predefined cargo transfer plans.

• Coordinate with FSU and Vessel Crew to execute cargo transfer planning efficiently.

• Manage the loading, transfer, and discharge of cargoes while adhering to strict safety protocols.

• Conduct necessary checks using safety checklists to maintain the integrity of cargo in both quantity and quality.

• Communicate with all parties involved throughout each stage of cargo operations between FSU and the vessel.

• Perform calculations for oil measurement and ensure accurate accounting between the FSU and Vessel.

• Conduct cargo inspections and monitor vessel operations to ensure compliance with the regulatory framework and industry best practices.

• Plan and implement stowage systems for each Ship-to-Ship (STS) operation.

• Coordinate and oversee product sampling/testing when necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation related to cargo transfer, including Bill of Lading documents, discharge certificates, and time logs, reporting to the head office as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loading Master.

• Willingness to adhere to shift duties and remain onboard the vessel as required.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong follow-through capabilities.
