Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair client systems and machinery.
• Manage project delivery to meet deadlines.
• Install and commission new equipment, systems, and software, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, often under time pressure.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation.
• Conduct site visits locally and overseas for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, diagrams, and documentation of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and suppliers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing service support for production machinery or automated lines.
• Experience with laser marking, pad printing, and secondary process equipment preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, PLC, robotics, or automation control systems.
• Relevant certifications in electrical PLC, robotics, or automation control.
