We’re looking for 3D Designers who are both imaginative and meticulous - someone who thrives on leading and participating in  large-scale, high-impact projects while collaborating with other  designers to elevate the overall quality of our creative output.

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and development of 3D designs for high-profile and complex spatial projects including exhibitions, large-scale events, installations, and brand experiences.

• Translate client objectives and briefs into compelling 3D design concepts that meet brand, spatial, and technical needs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, producers, graphic designers, and technical teams to ensure creative alignment and smooth execution.

• Attend client meetings, pitches, and presentations to communicate concepts clearly and confidently.

• Oversee design quality from concept to production, ensuring feasibility, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

• Contribute to strategic and creative discussions, bringing new ideas, best practices, and design innovation to the table.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, materials, and technologies in experiential, spatial, and exhibition design.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in any spatial design field (for senior roles), with a strong portfolio of events, exhibitions, and branded environments

• Diploma, degree, or proven experience in Exhibition design (Preferred) / Interior design / Architecture / Spatial design 

• Well versed in 3D modelling and rendering programs: Rhino 3D (preferred, grasshopper 3D will be a huge bonus), 3DS Max (preferred), Sketchup (preferred), Vray, Corona. 

• Well versed in 2D layout and design programs: Adobe Creative Suite (required), AutoCAD, or other similar programs. 

• Strong design, CAD, and drawing skills 

• Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate your design
