What you'll be doing?
Product Qualification: Responsible for new product off-loads and qualification to meet customers' requirements.
Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to analyze and improve product yield and performance, and optimize the testing process.
Test Program Management: Implement and maintain test programs/hardware to support product sort and final test operations.
Technical Reporting: Prepare engineering reports and conduct regular technical reviews with customers.
Test Solution Development: Develop and transfer test solutions for both Wafer Sort and Final Test to production sites.
Process Documentation: Define, document, and specify test processes and procedures for new products.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
Project Management: Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SPC and FMEA, and proficiency in coding using Python and other related languages.
Other Information
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:15pm
Working Location: Woodlands
Salary: Basic $3500 - $4500 + AWS + VB
